Great looking and material is really good quality. Easy instructions for assembly, but this particular model is a non reclining chair. I didn't know that, so if you are looking for a reclining office chair, look at their other offerings. It does sit up pretty straight, so if you are doing desk work and want good posture, than this is the chair for you.

Chair arrived as promised, was well packaged and was easy to assemble with the clear instructions. Looks great, although personally, the brass base is pretty dominant. I found the ergonomics not as comfortable as the chair it replaced. I must sit very upright to be comfortable, and while this may be good for a short while, I anticipate it won’t be that comfortable when I begin to slouch a bit. I realize this is a subjective judgement that may not apply to everyone. I’m thinking that if I ever buy another chair, I’ll go to a store where I can actually sit in several chairs to see which feels best.

This chair is stylish & aesthetically pleasing BUT it is absolutely the MOST uncomfortable chair. The back pushes you forward & has no give whatsoever. I bought it knowing it didn't have a tilt function so that's not what I was expecting. However, the back pushes you forward in an awkward way & is terribly rigid. The wheels/casters stick horribly. You have to really jerk the chair in the direction you want to roll & you may think it's not that big of a deal but it's so bad that it becomes a constant annoyance. I use mine on a hardwood floor & it still doesn't want to roll easily. If you just want a chair for looks only, it's great but for true functionality & daily use, it's a huge NO.
