I was able to use this flange insert not only with my Freemie cups, but also with my Willow 2.0 24mm Flange. Freemie System The fit with the Freemie cups is incredibly sturdy. It was difficult to get out at first, but after I knew to twist instead of pull, dismantling and washing was a breeze. Willow Pump These fit into the 24mm flange loosely. I don't think it affected the suction despite the looseness. I just had to get used to holding in the flange insert when I went to take out the milk bag from the unit, so the flange insert wouldn't fall to the floor. Otherwise this made pumping with my willow significantly more comfortable and increased when using the Willow.

I used these flange inserts for my Freemie closed collection cup system. They fit in REALLY nice and tight. In order to clean them out well, you have to remove them each time which is somewhat of a pain. However, this is to be expected for a tight fit. I found that using the nipple brush in the base of the Munchkin bottle brush (the one with the silicone nipple brush that stores in the handle) to pop them out before cleaning was WAY easier on my hands. I sanitized them each time with steam and they held up well. I would recommend these.

Love these, made pumping more comfortable, so far the are great quality. I use them with momcozy air 1.

Works great to change size of freemie cups but they are hard to get out when you’re ready to wash parts. I also didn’t like silicone material they’re made out of. I used nipples cream to cut down on friction.

I have gone through so many sizes trying to find the right size and sure enough these were it! You do have to to make sure the inserts are pushed in nicely and the edges are sealed to maintain the proper suction, but it’s so easy to use! Also very easy to clean which is very handy when having a newborn. I would purchase a back up set because I love these so much.

I was able to get a Lansinoh breast pump from my insurance, only problem was the flanges were too large. I went on a search for smaller ones and either they were way too expensive or I could only find larger ones. I girl in a Facebook group told me about these and I am so happy to have found what she was talking about! These fit perfect into the Lansinoh flanges and are the perfect size!

These are amazing! I definitely needed a smaller size but my spectra cups are the 25mm which is the smallest they make. They go in easily, remove easily, are extremely comfortable, and easy to clean!!! I highly recommend these for anybody looking for inserts to size down their flanges!

This is a life saver! My nipples don’t hurt anymore when pumping. It fits well in my freemie independence pump. It is easy to remove unlike the other reviews are saying. Just push it gently and it will come out. The only thing i notice, the suction is not too good. It decreased my milk output when i pumped unlike before when I was not using the inserts.

These were a last ditch effort in trying to find flanges for my Avent pump (ugh) and they are PERFECT. You HAVE to lubricate these, your Avent flanges (28mm power cushions that come with the double pump) and your nipples, I use Earth Mama nipple butter, and make sure you measure your nipples! But these are SO much more comfy and pumping is finally pain free and I'm actually being emptied. Worth every cent. Would reccomment for my little nip mama friends!!!

They fit well and I appreciate that a product like this is on the market! But, you cant see through them at all, so it's impossible to know if they're placed correctly, or if they're the right size. I wish I just bought the actual flange instead (will have to buy now anyway). They're also very hard to get out of the flange for cleaning each time!
