Great for sheet music!!
As an orchestral musician, I wind up getting parts that have to be completely erased to put in new bowings or are covered in extraneous marks I want to remove. For smaller jobs, a smaller eraser works just fine, but for big jobs this large model is amazing. Doesn’t damage the paper or printing, doesn’t smear, erases completely. I give them to colleagues as little thank yous sometimes. A great tool to have available!

One of the best of the best
I have tried about every eraser for graphite that is available. Just looking for the best of the best for pencil art. This is one of them. The Sumagrip does the best job of erasing or for drawing shaded areas with an eraser. It smudges without thorough removal of graphite when I get to the 4B and softer leads. Cleanup is then necessary with a softer Mr Pen eraser. An electric eraser and a kneaded eraser is still needed for certain tasks. I find this to be one of the best go to block erasers. I had previously said this same thing about the Mr Pen erasers. This Sumagrip foam eraser is just a little better with the harder pencil leads.

Eraser to Have for Drawing
Very goo erasers as they do not blur when erasing. Leaves your paper clean and does not tear/

Good erasers
Amazing eraser for its size, eraser is durable but paper casing didn’t last well in my bag so I replaced it with electrical tape

Finally—An Eraser That Actually Works!
Okay, how many erasers out there claim to be the best? They all say they erase cleanly... but how many actually do? I’ve tried a few that didn’t live up to the hype. So I kept searching—because I use pencils every day. Then I came across the Sakura SumoGrip Block Eraser – Microporous Erasers and thought, why not? It’s just $7.But this time? Total win. I love these erasers! Finally, one that actually works—no more scrubbing the same spot 10 times.Small heads-up: if you’re erasing a lot, it does leave some tiny residue. The pieces can be so small they vanish when you try to pick them up. But I use a plastic pad to catch it, which is no big deal to me.Bottom line: I found my go-to eraser. It erases clean and doesn’t leave all the marks behind. Mission accomplished.

Effective, without smudging - best erasers I know
My current favorite pencil erasers. I'm a retired engineer who used pencils for calculation, note-taking, and light drafting every working day for some 40-odd years. An eraser that removes pencil marks cleanly, without smudging or leaving traces is essential. So far, these have yet to disappoint.

THE BEST ERASER I'VE EVER HAD
TL;DR - Buy more of these erasers than you think you need because they're perfect and you'll use them for everything. These erasers are nearly perfect. They clump incredibly so there's minimal eraser left overs, they're dark so they don't get visibly dirty, they have a little sumo guy on the cover, and they completely DESTROY pencil on paper. You could pencil over the same spot for an hour, and these erasers would still make a completely clean line through the spot you erased. Okay, maybe not THAT strong of an eraser, but I've rarely ever had to go over a heavily pencilled spot more than twice with a proper amount of pressure. Speaking of pressure, these erasers barely require any of it! Seamless erasing with barely any effort. Not to mention that these have barely ripped papers I erase on, even when I'm going ham with all my might just to see how big of an eraser shaving clump I can make. If I have one thing to say about these, is that you HAVE to buy more than you intend to use, because they will be gone faster than you think, not because they have bad longevity, in fact, they have incredible longevity because they're so efficient. You have to buy more because you'll just use them more than you'd use your run of the mill Walmart eraser. You'll be turning to these for nearly anything, including things that don't need erasing. I don't know how, but they're just fun to use with how efficient they are. They even work decently at erasing colored pencil, but I haven't experimented much because I don't use colored pencils.
