My lil' boi cat LOVES this cat food !! I have never seen him just eat a half cup of food straight out like a dog... so what ever the company has developed with this Senior dry cat food... it is a winner. The taste must be appealing. The cat food is easy for him to digest, there has been no food transition issue (and he is a picky eater). I read the ingredients online and the product is high quality and healthy for older cats; I like that fish oil is included in the ingredient make-up. There is no weird odor, the food smells good (my cat will not eat dry cat food or moist if it smells weird).

My senior cats seem to like the taste of this cat food. It seems to have quality ingredients for an affordable price. Some cat foods have a strong odor that lingers in the air, but this one does not.

My three cats love this dry cat food. They seem to prefer it over the food I usually give them, with both served side by side. That's always a plus, but I'm also hoping that between the taste and the higher quality and less processed ingredients, I'll be doing my 12-year-old cat's health a favor - he's lost some weight lately. Based on reviewing the ingredients, I'd say this food qualifies as solidly mid grade. That's not a bad thing, as most dry food out there is made from ingredients really not suited to cats. This still has some questionable choices, but especially for the sale prices you can find, this is a good balance between quality and price (I can't justify spending more on feeding my cats than myself!). I did notice the kibble size was small. This may be an intentional size to make it easier to chew for older cats, who often have dental issues. My older guy didn't seem to have any issues with chewing it. He's also sometimes prone to throwing up, but so far, he seems to be digesting this food pretty well. I like this food as being a step up from a lot of the cat foods out there that are full of corn and soy, and I like the idea of catering to my senior cat's health. I also appreciate that the price isn't astronomical.

So far I have been changing dry cat food like crazy. This one he seems to like a little better, especially they're very small pieces. I will say for the last 10-11 years this cat has always been a finicky eater. So I will purchase this again and hope for the best. It's in a very good bag, I know it's priced a little more than some cat foods but what are you going to do. He's very careful about what he eats, He really loves baby birds, chipmunks lizards and moths. Oh don't be squeamish and don't be worried he's getting too old to chase them. I would say that's their nature, so I guess I am lucky that he eats any dry food. So this must be a pretty good cat food. Nutrish.

Mu seniors , 16 yrs & up go after t this brand more excitedly than others.. I believe it is easier on their frail teeth. They get wet food and I try to make sure they also eat kibble. But I prefer to buy in 15 lb bags.

What is going on? This used to be $2 per pound, the 3 lb bag was around $6. Now it's listed at $18? These prices need to stop going up. The food is great, my cats like it but I cannot afford to feed my 9 cats. Enough is enough.
