what is th edifference between your Lebanese and traditional Zaatar? Thanks for your responses.

Both are with hyssop, sumac and sesame seeds and a pinch of salt. The real zaatar is the most common one and has olive oil in it. The Lebanese version is dryer, without oil.

Where are the ingredients grown? What country or countries...

I believe the main company is out in California and that's where they grow their herbs as well. They maybe labeled Lebanese Zaatar, but it's not coming from Lebanon, if that's what you're asking. However, I am very partial to Zaatar and I can tell you the ingredients they are using are top notch. Brings excellent flavor to food. This one tends to be slightly more on the bitter side, so if you don't care for the bite of the herb, use less than you're normally used to using in your cooking because it is potent. If you want to get the product from the Middle East, you'll need to head into New York. I used to shop for it in Manhattan somewhere, but I can't remember the place now. That was very flavorful as well.

the ingredients state "salt" but the chart says "O mg sodium"- ? How many miligrams of salt are in the zaatar?

Yes. I m looking at my Zataar packet and I see that it includes salt on the ingredient list, the last ingredient. Then it reads, Sodium 0 mg. There must be a small bit of salt in this 2oz. Zaatar spice mix, but not a significant amount. I suggest contacting the seller/manufacturer. Sorry, I can’t help further.
