ACDelco Silver 520-117 (88966852) Mid-Grade Gas Charged Front Shock Absorber

Theses shocks fits a 2001 Tahoe 4x4, AC Delco is like OEM if not better. They mounted very easy. For a good shock the price was reasonable. I tried Monroe, Bilstein shocks. I had Bilstein on it for about 2 years now They didn't hold up it let the front drop and busted my bump stops. So the best I've found so far is the AC DELCO.

I needed to replace my front shocks. These are OEM replacements and they worked great.

I bought three and two worked perfectly. Stiff and not easily retracted. However, the third was weak and could easily be retracted by hand.

These affordable shocks really improved the ride quality on my chevy. The creaks and squeaks have gone away and the rattle over bumps have disappeared. For the price of these AC delco shocks, i am very impressed with the performance. I am writing this after a month of use

installed on my 2003 Silverado 4x4 LT Quadrasteer. OEM shocks were stuck in the fully extended position. Perfect fit and easy install.

Three months and the shocks are BLOWN. Absolute junk. They rode a little better than the previous shocks for about 5 days. Don't waste your money on these shocks.

I ordered these shocks for the front of my 2000 Chevy 5.3 2wd and they are incorrect for my application. I imagine that their made be other models that use these shocks. They were in good condition and made of quality parts

One shock had been opened,but I suspect it was Customs just doing an inspection. Totally satisfied.

skeptical when ordering if china or knock off. came delivered sepertly from 2 different gm dealerships very happy as gm wanted $140 each AN THEESES were less then 80 for both
