Julep Cushion Complexion 5-in-1 Skin Perfector with Turmeric, 420 Mocha

Easy to apply and awesome coverage. And I truly did not need a concealer. This foundation lasts all day without needing to touch up. I am in love with this make up line!

Porcelain is a perfect match for my skin color. The product applies easily and covers very well. I no longer wear foundation, just use this to cover imperfections/discolorations + a sheer powder and blush. At 68 years old, less makeup looks better than heavy coverage that settles in wrinkles!

The formula of my fav concealer was changed about 4 yrs ago. I'd been on the hunt for a new one ever since then. I've tried them all, drug store, high end, and everything in between. I've finally found my new favorite concealer w this though. It checks all my boxes. I have extremely fair skin w a cool/pink skin tone, and the 110 porcelain works perfect for me (even w my extra pale winter skin). I have circles under my eyes (tho not terrible) these days, but the skin in the corners of my eyes is starting to get crepey. This stuff conceals the circles without creasing. I've tried it both set with powder and without. I also have redness from rosacea, and hormonal breakouts. It's easily covers both, and also doesn't break me out. I have hyperpigmentation from acne and sun spots. It easily covers those as well. It's a light and creamy texture, but still covers everything I need it to. I couldn't be happier with this concealer.

I LOVE this product! I am fairly pale (not like a vampire, but I’m in the white/pink pale category), and it’s difficult for me to find a concealer that isn’t too yellow-toned and doesn’t look caked on after it’s applied. This one is a great match AND it doesn’t take a lot for the right amount of coverage. I also have kind of blotchy skin (that pink-tone) and the wonderful dark circles/bags under my eyes. It does a great job of covering up, blending, and not looking like there is a ton of junk on my face.I deducted a star only because of the price for the amount of product you get. Granted I last ordered in February and I’m now reordering in May, but this is like a little bigger than a sample size for $30 bucks. Even if it was just $5 cheaper I would feel not as guilty for the purchase, and I’m that person that buys the $35/$40 tarte or two-faced eye shadow palletes. Difference is with those you get like 10 different shades in one purchase and this is just a tiny amount of product for $30. That being said this product is so great even if the price went up I would still want to buy it...long story short-Great GREAT product... Too expensive price.

I'm very pale, but not in a warm way, more of a cool tone. I got the 100 Alabaster and it was perfect for me! I have a hard time finding concealers and foundations that match my skin tone, as most fairer shades have a buttery gold undertone that just doesn't suit my skin. Would definitely not recommend 100 Alabaster for pale people with warm undertones.The quality is really nice. It applies well, doesn't crease, and blends without looking cakey. Covers small pimples pretty well.

Love this concealer! I am always apprehensive when buying concealer as I do not like to wear much face makeup and do not like too much coverage at all, but this was AMAZING. It is extremely lightweight, provides smooth overall coverage and gives you a beautiful glow. The concealer also stayed on the entire day, despite the August heat. Love, love, love this product!

Pros:This matches my skin the best of all cushion style foundations and is the light coverage that I need. It looks like skin which I love.Cons:The most recent stick cushion (purchased on Amazon) was different from my last one, it's not as "cushiony" I can feel the hard plastic applicator when I use it on my face. The applicator on the previous stick was very soft and glided on my skin very smoothly.For $30 it is not much product and I only use for certain spots on my face not as foundation. It lasts me about 3 months.If anyone has a recommendation for another k beauty cushion w/ variety of shades please let me know!

I first tried Julep Cushion Complexion 5-in-1 Skin Perfector with Turmeric (ivory) after buying it for 30 some dollars at an Ulta Beauty Store. I like to be able to conceal my under eyes and small blemishes on occasion without having to put on a full face of foundation, and this is often tricky to accomplish without the concealer being obvious. This concealer is just heavy enough to cover my blemishes perfectly while being light enough to blend to my natural skin tone without putting on any additional makeup. No one can even tell I'm wearing anything. I'm also a skin freak, so I am picky about what I put on it and whether it is bad for my skin or not. It does have dimethicone and other silicone based polymers for smoothness of application, but honestly, even the "cleanest" of skin products contain that. The turmeric is a good anti-inflammatory and this product contains glycerin which is good for your hydrating your skin and preventing any flakiness over time. That's another issue that I often encounter with concealers and foundations because they often have high amounts drying agents such as alcohol and acids. This product has never increased my acne and actually seems to help them heal a little faster. I ran out recently and was desperate for more, so I compared Amazon, Target, and Walmart's ship-to-center, and Amazon was the most cost efficient and fastest with amazon prime. I definitely recommend checking what color works best for you at the local Sephora or Ulta and then ordering on here in the future so that you know you have the right color.
