It is an excellent tool to use it to travel the engine of my truck and maintain it and it works perfectly without being any force or complication.

This is a used item at a great price. Still looks like new, and works great. I would highly recommended this chain hoist.

My gantry will only hold 2T so I purchased this to exceed it so as not to be a point of failure. Worked quite well moving about 500-750lbs so far with two things of note. First the small fasteners holding the covers on fell out despite being installed with nylock nuts. Second the point where the chain rotates around the lifting hook binds when the chain is pulled in either direction, though this seems to only happen when not under any load.

He got this to lift logs and sandstone with the tractor. It does exactly what he wanted it to do. He's very happy with it.
