Nature's Eats Blanched Almond Flour
Great price and product for Keto baking. Large bag will last me a long time and will buy again.

Great for keto pie crust
I bought this to make a keto pie crust for a quiche and it works beautifully. Nice grind to the flour, lower in carbs, and still has a neutral flavor so it doesn't ruin recipes like other keto flours I've used.

Best Quality Almond Flour for the Money!
I've tried a few brands of almond flour including Great Value from WM, and the A-l-d-i brand. The Great Value tasted particularly stale to me, but maybe that was just a once-off. 2022 UPDATE: I now also buy the other major brand (initials BD), which is currently cheaper than this brand, but Nature's Eats is still the one to beat for the freshest taste and the purest-looking flour.I've bought this brand several times over the past two years, and it's always tasted fresh. In fact, it's so naturally sweet that sometimes I eat a spoonful right out of the bag! (No, I don't double dip.) The other brands I listed don't taste as sweet.Sometimes I use almond flour for making low-carb waffles or baked items. But on most days, I like to mix it to make a quick, healthy, no-bake "pudding" dessert with organic soy milk, plain yogurt, plain pumpkin, organic cinnamon, organic peanut butter, organic cacao nibs (for crunch) and a few other things I like.As a bonus, the price here is still $2-$3 dollars less per 4-lb bag than what I've paid at WM, and I have it in my Subscribe and Save list to save even more.

Taste is comparable
But the texture is not as fine ground as others I've bought before. Depending on what you're baking, texture may be an issue. Not a bad product, costs less than what I normally buy, so the trade-off between price and texture is fine for me. If I were baking something to take somewhere, gifting or selling though, I would go back to what I'm used to to get a better finished product.

I use this mainly to make my pancakes, also good for cakes

Great
Get the blanched flour because it doesn't have the outer shell of the almond which has Lectins that are not good for your digestive system, and the price for what you get isn't to high.. Hope it stays that way.

for keto
This has become my go-to for almond flour, because of price and size. It's fine ground, so can be used for any keto recipe that calls for fine ground almond flour. I even use it in fat bombs. It doesn't taste very almond-ey to me but that's not all bad when using it as a keto flour substitute.
