I’ve been using this Hisencn skillet set for a few weeks now, and I’ve learned that proper use and maintenance make all the difference. These are high-quality pans, but like any enameled cast iron cookware, they need to be used correctly. Here’s my advice: always preheat the pan for a few minutes on low to medium heat, then add a small amount of oil to coat the surface before cooking. This prevents food from sticking and helps the pan perform at its best. Also, avoid cooking on high heat unless you're searing—it’s unnecessary and can cause food to stick. For cleaning, I let the pan cool down completely before rinsing it with warm water. If there’s anything stuck, I soak it in warm soapy water for an hour and then use a soft sponge to clean it. A little baking soda works wonders for tough spots. Avoid metal utensils or scrubbing pads—they can damage the enamel coating. With these steps, the pans have been a dream to use! They’re beautiful, durable, and versatile for cooking everything from eggs to steak. If you take care of them, they’ll last for years!

A rusty piece of sheet metal would stick less than this pan set. I've cooked with cast iron for 20+ years an this is by far the worst set of pans I've even seen. The weight is good and they look great but that's all the good I have to say about them. I've cooked with them several times trying different ways to preheat or not preheat them, different oils and butter all with the same results. I might try them as a bake wear set but at this point I just want to drop them at goodwill or give them away as decorations.

I like these pans however they are not not non stick. Not good for cooking eggs in despite putting butter and olive oil in the pan.

They heat quickly and evenly and the bright red looks great in my kitchen. They are heavy, particularly the 12 inch pan but that’s cast iron for you. Very happy with this purchase and feel it’s an excellent value. I have Le Creuset Dutch ovens saves small sauce pan and these feel on par with those.

Terrible. 1. Like cooking on Velcro. 2. The “seasoning” instructions are just there to make you think you seasoned the pan incorrectly, and that’s why it’s sticky. YOU CAN’T SEASON ENAMEL 3. The handles get really hot. You need to use a towel or to wear gloves. You can buy additional handle covers, but why they wouldn’t be included in the first place is beyond me. Total waste of money.

Son tan sumamente pesadas que nos es muy difícil cocinar con ellas. No las he estrenado, una pena.
