I don't typically write reviews. But for this item I couldn't not write a review. For the past several months I have been dealing with severe neck pain, pain the that started giving me headaches daily. I went to the chiropractor and did massage therapy and none of those things worked this time. I found this pillow on Amazon and decided to give it a try, the reviews looked promising and I was hopeful. I've been using the pillow ever since I received it. Granted it is only been a few days but the change is evident. When I wake in the morning my neck does not hurt, I am not having headaches, I am able to turn my head left and right without pain, stiffness, and clicking in my neck. This was the best investment I've made in a long time. If you're having tightness or stiffness in your neck, give this pillow a try it just might do the trick

I was skeptical about this pillow, having bought a number of expensive ergonomic style pillows in the past. But anyone knows with persistent neck pain, you’re willing to try anything to be rid of it. Physio only goes so far when every night you go to sleep and undo all your recovery from the day. I was so surprised that this actually did work! The pillow is FIRM and shaped in a way that cradled my head and neck to prevent it from winding up in poor positions. I tend to lay both on my back and side and change frequently throughout the night and this prevented me from doing so in a way that gave me a crook neck. I love the raised sides that enable side sleeping and the dip in the middle that enables back sleep. I highly recommend you give it a try if you suffer neck pain due to sleep.

This really helped me and they way I sleep. My arm rest so well without falling a sleep on it my head rest well in the middle. No smell, the thickness is nice, and holds it shape.
