Steam is good for cold, cough and Asthma patients. It gives good steam flow better than I thought. Body is of plastic hence constant fear of less shell life remains in mind. The biggest drawback is that it is only 1.5 litre and you can't use it empty and machine will get burned if water is finished.Overall not a bad product anyways.

Useless product, forget sona not even worth to take steam for cold. Worst part is, you can not return. Please don't waste your money

It’s not working just used 2-3 times in 3 months, as we connect it to the power socket full house light tripping... I have same product for last few years I used with out problems this one has some defects...

It not full water proof and leak after when it hot and quality is very poor it's not safe to use

Received product in faulty condition as water leacking through pot, finishing not good. Quality seems to be poor.
