i would recommend for anyone to read it
This book was life changing for me. i would recommend for anyone to read it.the logic might sound too simple but it is a well researched book.it would definitely help people with a history of abuse,trauma or those who tend to blame themselves for everything.it helps you to be responsible about your feelings yet compassionate.
