Nice sturdy gloves. A good thickness, with lovely grip. Good value for money. Very effective in removing my dogs loose hairs. Great for using to wash dogs. Lathers shampoo lovely.

These gloves are probably better for a cat although my dog doesn't mind me using them on her as they are nice & soft & she'sbeing stroked!.. she has curly hair so i have tried numerous things, I would recommend them if you have a short haired dog/ a cat.

Easy to put on good size and adapts to different hand sizes good grip too .My cat loves these as he gets petted and groomed at same time . Very eastpy to clean too as hair just clumps together . Great for fair removal off different surfaces too

I've been using these gloves on my cat because he runs away from me, he still runs away and only sometimes lets me brush him for a very short amount of time, but it's been easier not having the ability to drop/ have the comb flung by the cat. The first couple of times a LOT of hair came out, but you have to apply a moderate amount of pressure for the bristles to get into the fur as they are small nubs really. With regular brushing using the comb I no longer get heaps of hair on my desk whenever he walks by. Latest brush I barely got any hair off of him, which is a good sign, I hope. The gloves themselves are decent, they do make your hands sweat a little while using them, they could definitely be more comfortable but probably at a higher price range. I brought this for about £8.00, but they feel more towards £5.00 quality wise. I would say it was worth it but you could probably have gotten it for cheaper someplace else. You could probably clean these easily by running the brush part of it under the tap, the actual glove fabric of it is mesh so I guess it would dry fast enough. I've just been using my fingers to get the big clumps of hair out, you can't get all the hair strands out but its good enough for me. Also the cat does know it is a brush still, so will attempt to hide or run away from me as soon as I put it on, even if brushing gently he does not like it, so I have to pick him up or follow him so having a small room makes it easier.

Used for an aged cat that has trouble grooming herself properly and it works really well. Not invasive at all, the cat loves it and it is easy to get the hair off the gloves. Actually very impressed and wish I had purchased a similar item years ago.

Updated 21/09/23 - Following my review below - these gloves are still in use and going strong! That's over 3 years later - still in great condition with lots of use! I have taken some more pictures to show how they have lasted too. It's great that this review has helped so many and I hope it continues to do so - please do 'like' if that's the case as it means real dog/pet owners get to see more, real user reviews! When it comes to reviews, I don't usually give 5 stars unless the product really deserves it.....and these gloves really do. As you can see from the title, these were bought 14th August 2019 so quite a few months using now which I always like to do in my reviews. How can you tell if something is great straight away.....so some use adds to the review I think? Anyhow - these are just great. You will see by the pictures I have posted, as well as the video, that these are a one size fits all type of glove and I would class myself as having medium size hands. My partner has large hands and these still fit well. My niece has small hands and they still fit her too although a little looser of course. Please note - the video does not show the amount of fur that usually comes off but I hope it helps to show our our very boisterous cocker spaniel actually 'wants' to be groomed. Of course this review is via our pet dog but having owned cats I can say that I would happily use these gloves too. Pros 1 - If you have a dog that hates grooming then these really could help get them in the spirit of things......start of gently with a treat and then make that good association with grooming and these gloves will really help with that. We even used one glove first so we could hold her with the none gloved hand but after one grooming session that really wasn't necessary any more. 2 - The gloves are robust to an extent that our dog ran off with one and ragged it around a little and it cam back in one piece. Again, you dog owners know that that is a PLUS point!! 3 - Easy to wear. They have quite a tight fitting writs area which I thought at first was going to be uncomfortable but it is not. In fact, it helps to to keep the gloves in place and on the hand in a comfortable way. 4 - Easy to remove fur. Once you are done grooming the fur just rolls off by hand very easily. In one fur ball you can place in the bin without mess. 5 - Price. You really get something that is well worth the money here. They have lasted us nearly a year and show no signs of breaking down or coming to bits. Cons - Seriously I am struggling to find any minus points at all. I think it is unfair to just look for problems for the sake of adding them and if you look at my other reviews you know that I would put any problems or 'cons' here but there really aren't any! Get grooming!

These are amazing, my cat hates the brush so I tried these and he loves it, very effective and easy to use. The only thing I’ll say is it’s a bit annoying to clean the hair off of them once you’re done.
