Overall Disappointment
I recently purchased the Bajaj Majesty Duetto Gas Water Heater, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Here are the major issues I encountered: The heating performance is extremely underwhelming. It takes ages to warm up the water, and often the water is lukewarm at best. For a gas heater, I expected it to heat water quickly, but this one fails miserably. While it’s marketed as a wall-mounted unit, the design is awkward. The installation process was complicated, and the mounting bracket feels flimsy. It doesn’t seem secure, which is concerning. Safety Concerns I’ve had multiple instances where the flame goes out unexpectedly, which raises serious safety issues. Although it has a flame failure device, it doesn’t seem to work reliably. I worry about using it in my home. Noisy Operation This heater is surprisingly loud. The constant rumbling when it’s in use is annoying and disruptive, making it hard to enjoy a peaceful environment. Customer Service Issues When I tried to reach out to customer service regarding these problems, I faced long wait times and unhelpful responses. It was incredibly frustrating, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. In summary, the Bajaj Majesty Duetto Gas Water Heater has been a major letdown. From inefficient heating to safety concerns and poor customer support, I would not recommend this product to anyone. Save your money and look for a more reliable option! Good quality gas geyser
This is one of the most well packed product that i have ever received. Received the bolts and accessories as well, so installation was not a problem. The quality of plastic on battery holder is bit flimsy compared to my 10+ year old one which this unit replaced. rest of product looked good to me. Not sure what is meany by "6 litres" as it only gives out hot water as long as flame is present. Compared to my old geyser which used to send out hot water for some ~15 seconds after flame is off, this unit only sends out hot water for < 5 seconds after flame goes out. Anyways, this is NOT a storage based heater, so dont expect to store hot water inside the unit. Also, a general point: In case of gas geysers not working, Check and Replace the battery first before you do any other troubleshooting (even if the old battery is resulting in geyser making all the correct sounds).

Good product & quick installation.
Very good product. Quick installation by Bajaj. I received the PNG variant from Amazon on 19th November 2025 & called the Bajaj customer care about 6 pm in the evening. Surprisingly enough, the Bajaj executive visited my residence at 12.30 pm on very next day. He completed installation well within half an hour. No complaint about installation process. Product is amazing. A must bye product for all.

Not a reliable product
Quality is average. Not as good as old bajaj majesty models. Been using bajaj majesty for around 15 years and this is my third gyzer. Quality of old one was better. I suggest you to go with electric gyzer if possible as failure rate is very high in this gyzer. Packaging is absolutely horrible just wrapped little bubble wrap and shipped it and amazon treat their parcels as a junk and toss them around which resulted in dents and exhaust port dented. Why can't seller use better packaging? Looks and body is definitely not as good as older model but let's see how good it will perform after a year or two. Needs regular maintenance too. Water flow is okay okay. Definitely restrict half the watter pressure. Bit sceptical about ordering from Amazon this time as too many bad reviews but I got decent item. 2 years warranty is scam so better not to rely on it. Buy electric gyzer instead.

Waste of money and danger to your family
I have purchased this product last year, since then it is not working, I have called so many times last year for repair of the same but 10-15 technicians visited this product but no proper solution of my complaint. In this whole process of calling customercare and visit of daily new technicians whole winter season has passed. Now this year when there is requirement of hot water arise, winter season started this product has again not working. One day my son was bathing in the bathroom, this inferior product got burnt and it also burnt fall ceiling of bathroom. There is very dangerous position. It's worst product I have purchased till now from Amazon and can cause danger to anyone's family. I strongly recommend no one should buy this product for the sake of your family. One more thing customercare and it's local service centre plays iski topi uske sar type game, officials Of service centre do not bother to attend your call, very unprofessional persons . However company is providing you guarantee for two years but no-one listen your problem. Total waste of money and a great threat to your family,worst product.

customer service not good after warranty period
I've been using this product from last 2.5 years, the customer service team is providing service only if the product is within warranty period, after this period they aren't providing service even after raising complaint and multiple followups on this. My current problem with the product is if I turn off gas regulator when not in use(night) and morning turning on the gas regulator, the geyser is not working. After multiple ignition switch on-off it started flame. So we keep the gas regulator always on.
