What is the length of the large size shirt? I’m 6’2”, have a long torso and it’s nearly impossible to find shirts that fit me properly.

It’ll be tight. Get the XL if you must have this.

Is this a men's or a women's fit?

I'm 5'8", 180lbs, athletic build and I bought a large. It is fitted on me through the shoulders and arms. My wife who is 5'2" and 108lbs wears it as a dress almost, lol. Great shirt and great conversation starter when I wear it

Is this a screen print logo or an Iron on that flakes off after awhile?

I've worn it for several months, and while the print hasn't flaked off yet, it's beginning to fade ever so slightly. I'd say overall good quality.
