As per dimensions mensioned on their website. Nose minimum width is exactly 2mm. (Image attached) Heat treated nose. As per taparia this tool is drop forged so this should work for a long long time (even lifetime if light or medium use). Always buy quality tools, they will cost more but they can be used for lifetime if used properly. A pro tip: Apply thick oil (do not use edible oil. Gear oil or engine oil most preferable) to the surface of the tool. Coat the entire metal surface, make sure there's no exposed metal surface. Then leave it for couple of hours or a day. Then gently clean the oil film from the surface with a dry cloth or paper (do not use water or any kind of alcohol based cleaners) so it would not make a mess when you kept tool on table or anything. Even after gently cleaning, there will be a very thin layer of oil stuck to surface (you will not see it but can feel by rubbing finger on surface & if you can't feel it then you might be too harsh in cleaning or your oil isn't thick enough). This thin film will protect tool from rusting for a very long time. Repeat this process whenever you think surface is exposed to air again.

Product quality is good but the price is very high the same product same quality is in open market Rs 145 only

Disappointed .Not very precise,there was a huge gap between the claws which I tried to file but still the gap remains.Not expected this from Taparia,the so called best toolmaker in India.My local plier also had this problem thats why I spent so much to buy Taparia.
