Great bar well finished in chrome, suitable for one inch plates. Good degree of angle on the grips to facilitate lifting without wrist pain. Definitely would recommend to the home gym enthusiast.Comes complete with twist locks.

Very good item with good gri. Locking is tight and weight of bar alone is not too heavy. Only negative is bar is little short in length but still 5 stars.

This is a nice bar, helps with your wrists after you get over 40kg for curling and also seems to work the entire bicep more evenly rather than one end as with the straight bar.The collars do start to losen as per with most of these bars but they dont spin off fast so there is not much risk of the weights coming off.
