This product was a product that I was taking for sure a whole week. Maybe I didn’t take it long enough but I didn’t notice a huge difference but I already am ADHD so I am always energized. I bought it for my husband, he’s low energy and needs motivation he also said it is hard to tell if he could see the change. I think I may have slept better tho, I did go to bed at a decent time that week and fell asleep quickly. I’d say try it longer and see what happens!

These really helped me until I was able to get to a psychiatrist for my ADHD along with serotonin. Not medical advice, just my personal experience. The capsules last longer.

I purchased this based off of the previous reviews. And honestly feel like they were AI generated bc I personally had NO effects from the claims of the company and NO similar effects from others in the reviews. I took this for two days with three pills. I fell asleep at work the first day. The second day I totally could not function, I took the pills the second day at 7am and at 1pm is when I woke up, I Didn’t FEEL myself even falling asleep!!!! So to each his own, try if you want to try but for someone like me who has ADHD. This was not a good choice. No im not on prescription at all and am looking for an alternative. Update—since I can’t return I decided to try it as a sleep aid and it knocked me out cold for 9 hrs! I felt “hung over” after waking up. So this was my experience and don’t recommend this for someone who needs some “get and go” this is not the right option for you. Good luck!!
