High quality, great tasting seaweed sheets. I have ordered this seaweed several times and the quality and taste has always been very consistent across orders. I use it to make a popcorn seasoning recipe, shredded and mixed with bonito flakes, salt, sesame seeds and additional spices. It's the perfect addition. With the high quality of the sheets and the great taste, I expect it would be very good for sushi rolls as well.

This seaweed is very good quality. The flavor is good and the seaweed is fresh but sturdy. I had been buying packs of seaweed nori sheets from the local grocery store, and just trying to get a single sheet out of the package was difficult because the sheets were very thin and fragile and would rip and tear too easily. But the seaweed in Choi's is robust and does not rip or tear.

It’s okay. I’ve had better tasting nori than this. I can taste some flavor but there’s no kick to it. It taste plain. For those who like to eat bland sushi I can say that this will be for you. I say what I like about it is that it’s organic but that’s just it. Hubby went to the store and got the other brand that we love instead for half the price and way better taste.

I’ve learned all these dry Asian ingredients that should seemingly last years are actually so much better when new. Dried mushrooms, fungus, nori, bonito flakes, kombu, etc. Open them, eat them, and replace. I have to do the same with all my Mexican dried chilies. There’s dry then there’s dryyyyyyyyyy and flavorless, and unable to rehydrate. So yeah, get some freshly dried ingredients for your pantry.

Been buying this specific brand for over 3 years now and it's great. Love it for sushi, or low-carb roll-ups. It stays fresh in the package for a while and is a great value (especially since it's organic). Would definitely recommend this product!!!! Go have a sushi party with your family!!!
