A beautiful comfortable chair. The arm coverings are a little hard to put on frames as they fit razor tight. As a senior citizen I enjoy the heat and massage on my back and legs.. Easy to assemble. It is a woman size chair but fits the smaller body. I would recommend this chair.

It's a decent chair for the price. Comfortable and the heat/massage works good. The instructions to put it together were not real clear, so I had to search for a video. After that it was quite easy to put together. I would recommend the company include a video in the Amazon description.

It arrived damaged on the back of the headrest, but the seller promptly reached back out to me offering a partial refund- which I am still waiting on. It’s a quiet chair and very comfortable. It was easy to put together. It still swivels even if it’s in the recline position which is not good. It’s not for a taller person though. I’m 5’5 and my feet are at the end of the foot rest when reclined . Somewhat frustrating that I can’t get the fabric on the footrest to lay flat……. Used the recliner for about a month and the pull lever broke and now the chair doesn’t recline at all. On a good note it’s a comfortable rocker.

I ordered 2 of these chairs, they arrived very quickly which of course made me very happy. They were pretty easy to put together the only struggle I had was putting the covers on the arms and getting the cover zipped up. The chairs are very comfortable and exactly what I expected.

The chair itself is great and fairly easy to assemble. However the delivery was a nightmare! FedEx emailed that it would be delivered on 1/3/25 but gave no time frame other than a bar that showed it was getting closer. Finally at 6:36 p.m., another email that stated unable to deliver since no one was home and that a note was left but no note anywhere. The next day a text was sent stating delivery between 11-1 p.m. Only 1 driver came who attempted to leave the box on the lawn rather than bring it up to my apartment on the 2nd floor. As he was walking back to his truck, I yelled and asked if he would help carry it up, which he did. What a fiasco!!
