I have purchased on 3rd June, 2023. the machine doing quite well. If you are paying more money to your painter and you want to save money go and first buy this product. I had purchased this product for to sand the the walls for a new house it will save time and money. Corners of walls we need manually sand the walls by hand. Easy to install and easy to use

This was the cheapest orbital sander compared to the rest of the products on Amazon. I had purchased I bell products before so I bought it. Came with 150 number sanding disc. Makes your job easier and reduces the number of hours. The locking button gets stuck as putty sand goes inside it. It needs to be covered like the led bulb button which has a plastic cover. The sand bag has a sliding mechanism which can be difficult for opening and closing. Difficult to reach smaller areas and corners. I use a square wood sander for corners and small gaps. Still there will be areas where one will have to manually sand with paper. Many times if the surface is uneven or if you are sanding a smaller surface then sand comes out of the corners and gives you the feeling of manual sanding. Still it is tolerable because you can cover a lot of areas in very little time. The hot sand from the bag keeps popping up through the pipe. I don’t know what can be done about it. Sanding for painting is a tiring and lengthy process. If India had clean water then our sand would have been lighter in colour and we might have avoided painting and putty completely.

Even a newbie like me can use this product. Easy to setup and use. As others have said, vaccum could be more powerful, it sucks 80-90% of dust. Also regarding the discs, the options are limited. I am not able to find the least mentioned 100 grit discs for my usage. It comes default with 2 sets of 150, 180 and 240 grit discs for getting started. The hook and loop method is very easy to use on this machine. Regardless of these, the machine is very useful for DIY things. I have myself tried it on some walls after puttying it. It really smoothen the surface very well. The inbuilt light option is awesome and really helps in dark places. Only problem you can face is the dust collector bag during emptying it. Even if you are careful enough the dust will spill somewhat from it. Could have been better designed it. Overall satisfied with the product, it's lightweight, doesn't need much time and effort to setup, build quality is good, doesn't create a mess, easy to clean the machine (Other than the bag, I might be using in wrong way though).
