best egg substitute for breakfast or anytime
The best egg substitute for making frittatas, omelets, scrambled etc. Other egg substitutes appear to be for baking only.

Good product!
The chickpea eggs have an eggy taste. I found that they work well with baking and I can make scrambled eggs with them, but they require more water to not get too think. Would buy again.

Yummy product
Great product. Easy to cut with a knife and easy to chew. Could use some seasoning

A great egg substitute
I am a little disappointed that it mixes up thin. I was hoping for a replacement for the VEGEgg brand that is no longer available, which mixed up thick for omelets. It will probably be fine for other baked goods though. UPDATE: i take back the previous -----I did get the powder to thicken up....It just takes a bit more whisking than I was previously doing. I like this product very much. Great for omelets and a batter for onion rings. I add a little black salt when making omelets and scramble.

Great Egg Substitute!
I don't know about plain, but I cook eggs with onions and peppers and spiced, avocado and tomato sliced on an English muffin--it tastes the same to me, but better, (no having to eat a smelly animal menstruation out of a shell!--[yes, after you're vegan for a few years, eggs actually smell bad, like all animal excretions.])

Not good at all.
I have an allergy to eggs, so thought this might be a solution. However, the taste made we wish I were having an allergic reaction. Even my dogs would not eat it.

Okay
Tastes okay. It tastes well enough to pass for an egg. It doesn't have the same texture. It reminds me of these powdered school eggs we used to get years ago. It's not bad, but it's not a real egg in a shell either. I'd still eat it.

Just OK
This doesn't even come close to egg taste. looks like scrambled eggs but tastes like rubber. I think it will work in recipes though.
