I recently purchased a printer toner from this seller on Amazon, which was listed as “new.” Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, as the toner I received was clearly a refurbished product, not new as advertised. Upon receiving the toner, it became evident that it was not in the pristine, factory-sealed condition one would expect from a new item. The packaging was noticeably worn, with signs of previous handling and use. More concerning were the actual signs of wear on the toner cartridge itself. The cartridge had visible scuffs and appeared to have been previously installed and used, which is inconsistent with the “new” condition described in the listing. I chose this listing specifically because it promised a new toner cartridge, which was a key factor in my decision to purchase. I was expecting a product in brand-new condition that would provide the quality and reliability associated with a fresh toner. Instead, I received a refurbished item that not only did not meet the expectations set by the seller but also compromised the quality and performance I anticipated.

I had been using this toner cartridge for my hp 1020 plus lazer jet printer and I think its the right time to review it now. Pros: 1.Great product at a affordable price. 2.Does the work ,it is suppposed to do for its price. 3.A great option for buying if one doesnt want to buy the original hp cartridge which is way too costlier than this product. Cons; 1.I feel the ink is way too dark (which is not a very big issue)It will become normal in a few days.
