Highly recommend these. They are very nice base layers / thermals. Don't know if it's these or the other I got but one of them is actually thick and has a wool like material inside of it. They are made really well and super comfortable. However I will say for size, I am roughly 5'8 and 150lbs and medium fits really snug for shirt and pants. It did shrink just a little when dried. I like the tighter fit sometimes but if you like a more loose fit but still somewhat snug and your my size. I would go with the large possibly. Also the shirt stayed long enough so it doesn't ride up like some cotton thermal do when they Shrink. Would buy again

I have worn and washed twice now and so far no signs of wear and tear as with most cheap products. Getting three, comfortable, well fit hoodies for the price and quality is great. Will buy again after seeing how many washes it can withstand.
