I have no idea if it's vegan. Are radishes vegan? All I know is that they taste great all by themselves. I have used it making Pad Thai several times.I now keep it in a sealed container for future use. I think it has a long shelf life too.

the label on the package does not list ingredients, so no way to tell if the fermenting process included gluten

Why is it sweet? Is there any kind of sugar in it? I can’t have any sugar right now. I’m on an anti candida diet.

It tastes so sweet I think it contains a lot of sugar I don’t recommend this to people who don’t like sweet food

Exactly what I needed!

The first one I bought came minced. The second batch of three bags I bought came shredded and minced. This last batch of five I bought came minced, so there's inconsistency in the cuts. The size of each package is just right for the amount I use and one bag lasts me 2 weeks.
