“Easy to install, practical, and very sturdy”
This set of self-drilling drywall anchors turned out to be exactly what I needed. They are very easy to mount—no complicated tools required, just a screwdriver. The self-drilling tip goes into the drywall effortlessly, and once installed, they feel very solid. I used them to hang small shelves and a couple of picture frames, and so far everything is holding up securely. It’s a practical solution for quick projects when you want strength without making large holes. Pros: ✅ Quick and simple installation. ✅ No drill needed in most cases. ✅ Strong and secure in drywall. ✅ Comes with enough pieces for multiple uses. Cons: ❌ None so far. Conclusion: A practical and reliable kit. Easy to use, holds firmly, and saves time. Highly recommended.

Strong, Reliable Anchors for Hanging Items on Drywall
I recently purchased the Zinc Self-Drilling Drywall Anchors with Screws Kit, and I'm very impressed with their performance. I only use metal anchors for hanging anything on sheetrock, and these definitely meet my expectations. The anchors are made from durable zinc and are incredibly easy to use. There’s no need to pre-drill a hole—these self-drilling anchors make the process much faster and simpler. They work well in various drywall thicknesses (3/8", 1/2", and 5/8"), so they’re versatile for all types of standard drywall installations. The deep thread design ensures a strong grip, and the anchors easily lock into the drywall without issue. I’ve used them to hang picture frames, shelves, and other wall accessories, and they’ve held up perfectly, even with heavier items. One of the key advantages of this kit is its heavy-duty construction. These anchors can handle up to 75 lbs, which is great for securing items that need a reliable hold. I also like that the kit includes both the anchors and the #8 x 1-1/4" screws—everything you need is right there in one package. As someone who prefers to get the job done quickly and effectively, I appreciate how simple the installation is. The anchors go in smoothly with a Phillips screwdriver, and I’ve never had issues with them loosening or failing to hold. A great bonus is the zinc finish, which adds to the durability and resistance to rust and corrosion. Overall, this 50-piece set is perfect for any home improvement projects. Whether you’re hanging shelves, mirrors, or artwork, these anchors make the process fast and secure. Highly recommend this product for anyone looking to safely and reliably mount items on drywall!

Great anchors, work perfectly
I've used these in various areas of my home and haven't had any issues with anything falling off the walls. These seem to do the job great and have held up shelves and a medicine cabinet in my bathroom without issue. I know others report of them splitting, but I haven't had any issues with that. They're fairly easy to install and that's coming from someone who didn't have to mount or fix things until fairly recently!

Sometimes Life Isn't Fair, That's Alright.
There is nothing wrong with these anchors, in general, anchors can be wonky at times some of them work and some of them don't. The main reason they won't work properly and you'll get a huge hole in your wall is solely based on what is behind your drywall (wood) which may prevent your anchor from working as intended. (Important Step) You have to push the anchor into the wall for proper grip/installation until it reaches the screw-swirl and then you start screwing. If you don't have the right strength to push in the anchor before screwing, I suggest making a 'dummy hole' to get you started and push the anchor in as far as you can until you reach the swirl part and then start slowly screwing with med/hard torque (don't strip the screw) to ensure the overall sturdiness of the anchor. If this still does not work and it's just too loose and the drywall is crumbling, take it out and (yes, you will have a hole you need to now patch if you want to try the same spot again) analyze the screw to see if anything is blocking it/bending it which is prohibiting you from putting it in properly because if so, you might need to relocate the wall item you're trying to hang or move it out of the way from the thing blocking it. If it doesn't work, you can always try again. Don't give up, and remember that not all anchors are made perfect, and your drywall isn't perfect either. :)

Would recommend these over any plastic anchors. Easy to use and hold up well. We use these almost exclusively now.

Made of metal but brittle
I have walls which are harder than an average drywall. Maybe it is because the walls are really old. Whatever the reason, I can't use screw-in plastic anchors because they are not strong enough. So, I thought I would give these metal screw-in drywall anchors a try. Well, it did ultimately work but the metal one also broke about half way in. When I used another metal anchor in the same hole, it worked but it went too deep. So, I had to install it in another location. I finally got it to hold but, it broke up the wall a little and is not holding as strong as it should be. Metal does not necessarily solve my problem. Metal is not as forgiving as the plastic screw-in anchor as there is no flex. My problem aside, with a normal wall, plastic ones are strong enough and holds very well. If the wall is really hard, it is likely brittle also and metal does not necessarily solve the problem.
