Great product
This spice tastes great, not too hot, has vibrant color! I use it in marinades, stews, salads, for seasoning potatoes and I just love it.

Don’t understand the one star reviews.
Purchased six months ago. Expiration date is New Years Eve 2026. It is like Pimenton with a kick and a subtle sweetness. Great on pork, also the only pepper i would use on fish. 18 month expiration date from purchase is de rigueur. Nothing like cayenne, unique product.

Mild pepper flavor
A subtle but flavorful enough pepper to flavour what you have to create a different taste . Be sure to mix in well. I tasted some of it to see before putting it in my food. It is good and not overpowering.

Great product
I have purchased this product before but from other brands, this one is my favorite. The flavor is what you expect, but what makes it perfect to me is that it has a shaker, so no need to put spoons or fingers to serve.I use it with pork, chicken and beef, it gives a mild spicy flavor and also a nice reddish color to foods.

I put this on everything!
I eat a plant based diet. I have replaced black pepper with Piment d'Espelette Basque Pepper by Matiz. I literally put this on everything, veggies, seitan, I even infuse my lime juice in my gin and guanine with it. I use it in my recipes for my omni friends, fish, poultry salads, mac and cheese, spuds, eggs, potato and macaroni salads. everything. They all love it. It is not a smack you in the face spicy, more of a sweet, smoky, lil' bit spicy touch to your meal. I use it on my cheat day kettle corn. Tastes like street corn. I highly recommend this yummy stuff!
