Works well for us as it supports a calm and continuous nights sleep. I like that the 2 capsule dosage can be alternated with 1 capsule when a half dosage feels appropriate.

I noticed a huge increase in bulk when taking this supplement. I recovered better, and increased muscle mass relatively quickly. But this is not a hack. It is just the effect of proper nutrition and adding the right chemicals to get your body to perform how you need it to perform. This is the way to go rather than that cheap stuff you buy at the store that will have next to no absorption.
