Can't keep food warm
Can hold the cold stuff a little bit, but for hot stuff, not work at all. Tried everything, use the hot water pre heat the box, and wrap the burger with foil, still would not keep it warm even 3 hours.

DO NOT BUY!
It does NOT keep food warm. I allowed very hot water to dwell in container prior to putting very hot food in it. Only 2 to 3 hours later food was cold. Also needs to be hand washed which is not convenient . I have no idea why the review rating are so high. Appears as though some possible manipulation of the reviews/ data is in the works because if you review the questions asking you will see the negative input.

Large outside, easy to latch
These are definitely thick! I hope that translates to good insulation. Bought these as a gift for a friend whose job has her on the road sometimes 12 hours a day, and wants to get away from fast food. She likes them on initial inspection. Easy to open & latch. Volume seems less than listed.

This is our second time purchasing this item
The first one "died" when it was accidentally placed in a warmer and could no longer close properly. The food is not super hot at lunch time but is warm, which is what my son wants. I also like that it is easy to open for smaller hands.

Looks nice, great concept, doesn't work long enough
Doesn't stay warm long enough. It gets cold before 4 hrs.

Disappointing
I thought they were great until I was notified that my daughter‘s lunch did not stay warm. Only hand wash per the instructions and I put very hot water in them for 4-5 minutes to heat it up and then the hot food and was told her lunch was not warm 3 hours later

Great while it lasts
This is a great product. We love using them and habe multiple. However, they sadly don't last long.Since of the issues are: rusting on the inside, breaking of the closue clamps.

Side clips
This is my second time purchasing this container for school lunch in the last 3 years. I skipped one because side clips are breaking to the point it unusable. This time a around I did get a extra clip, but that one and two others still broke. LOVE THE CONTAINER BUT I DON'T RECOMMEND BECAUSE YOU WILL JUST BE PURCHASING MORE CONTAINER BEFORE THE SCHOOL YEAR IS OUT.
