My computer is perfect. It came on time, well packaged and undamaged by shipping, and well documented. It works great, it's fast, and i love it!

Excellent machine, plenty of inputs. Very easy to set up, performs great.

Pros: Fast, really zippy, can play Fallou4 like never beforw with Utra settin,g 2k Textures, install mods that never ran before, Use OBS to make sweet videos of my settlements, going to last me the rest of my elderly life. Cons: No internal DVD Drive & only 4 USB ports. Random reboots 2 or 3 times a day, yellow power light, blue and black screens of death. Fixed reboots in setting turning off an automatic reboot. Fixed power light by installing "speedfan" which moniters temperaure and adjusts fan speeds automatically as needed. Hanging up on blue screen may have been caused by sytem information not able to read debug nfo file. Associated nfos with notepad and haven't seen either blue or black screen of death since. Finger crossed cause I may have to take it to an expert for help. Cannot indict my PC, seems to be a generational issue with many computers experiencing the same problems I am going though. When it runs, I am very happy. This review brought to you my Amazon who dunned me 4 times to write it.

Seems like a solid performer, but although the product picture shows a computer, keyboard, mouse, and bonus external drive, there was no keyboard or mouse. The product description clearly states that a keyboard at least should be included. If you're only going to ship a computer and bonus drive, then take out the mouse and keyboard from the pic, and remove the mention of a keyboard from the documentation. Every desktop computer I've ever purchased has included a keyboard and mouse, I guess no more. :(

Delivered on time. Nicely packaged. Good replacement for older desktop. Only includes power cord so buyer needs to provide others needed for their individual needs.

one hdmi port..had to buy a splitter for dual screens..no 3.0 usb port...poor quality and features for 1200 bucks

After spending a couple days setting up this computer, I discovered it would not turn off or go to sleep. Even though this is a HP, the warranty is not through them because it’s been altered through the seller. When I got hold of the seller who on phone had me mess around with that for quite a long time decided that there was a defective hard drive and that I needed to send it back in. That was way too much of a hassle for me and worried that I would not be able to return it within the 30 days so I ended up just returning it and buying a HP through Costco. Where it had all the proper warranties and that would work just fine. The difference is it didn’t have the 2TB. If you do purchase this, make sure that you can put it to sleep and that it turns off before you move all your information into it.
