Great product
Well built stainless steal claw Very sturdy as i use it to pull brush and limbs out of my trailer

Durable and Easy to Use
I bought this because I needed to retrieve several broken branches from a pond following a bad storm. The smaller ones, I was able to hook and pull out by hand. The larger ones, I hooked and attached the end of the rope to a 4-wheel ATV to pull out. Some of these limbs were more like medium size trees. It was rugged enough to do all that and is still in great shape.

Bought for magnet fishing
I bought it for my partners magnet fishing kit. The one that was included didn't seem durable enough so I found this one. Works like a charm for more pull.

The rope not as sturdy and it should hold the claws open while using.
The rope that came with is thinner and not as sturdy. The claw it self is loose after I locked it, it came undone. It should hold the claws open while using.

A must have for outdoor projects
Excellent for clearing brush, tree limb etc from my lake. Rope was stronger than I thought as I used a cable which probably was not necessary.

Hook gets stuck open, Buy a longer rope.
First thing you NEED to know, the frigging thing gets stuck in the claw out position almost every time you use it! It has a thread like on a screw that you splint the blades around to get them into the locking position, once there and after 1 or two uses it gets stuck and is HARD to un-stick.Solid hook strength, grips well, seems durable.BUY A LONGER ROPE. 30FT IS NOT ENOUGH.

Strong grappling hook
A great strong hook, but I can't break bit back down for transportation(hence only 4 stars), I'm sure the police wouldn't be too happy if I was caught carrying this, apart from that one fault it's a great to tool

The carabiners supplied with the grappling hook and rope are not stainless and serve no use.
The stainless steel folding claw grappling hook is small enough to fit in my ropes gear bag folded down .My only GRIPE is the useless carabiners not stainless steel just nickel coated and most YouTubers magnet fishing don't use a carabiner on to attach rope to hook as i's just something that can get snagged or caught on branches and submerged debris.Get rid of the low grade carabiners as soon as you open the box and but a proper rated one from a climb shop so you can attach your rope to a post or a tree.I recommend the hook highly , but the carabiners are a joke.
