Quality equipment, feels good using them, professional stuff

I'm using them as dip handles. The quality is really nice and the versatility is amazing.They can used like an ab roller, if you're arms are out to the side it hits your obliques. Leaning back you can do reverse flys or planks for the easiest and best back exercises manageable, or do light gymnastics moves, rowing motions. Or even hang like a climber from your finger tips which really helps with carpool tunnel problems.I've had mine for over a year now and can see them lasting another 10 if not more. The amount of exercises you can do makes it properly one of the best investments you can make for core exercises and pain management.

the carabiner clamps are a bit stiff but other then that it’s great

The quality of the rope and handle are sturdy and feel great. This is a great way to not be dependent on your gym if they are missing these attachments or if someone is using them. The convenience is a time saver. This was a great investment.
