Excellent Support
The bra is well made, lightweight and gives good support. It has padded straps and it's comfortable. Out of the package it looks like a too small harness. I started to send it right back. I decided to try it on. I love the fit, comfort, uplift and support. The straps stay put and work well with sleeveless tops. They're aren't fitting on the edge of the shoulders. It definitely minimizes. Out of the package, the bra looks like it will give a uniboob appearance. It definitely does not.No, it's not sexy. I have sexy bras that are rather uncomfortable and not as supportive. It's nice to have both, but I love this bra more than any other I own. I look good in my clothes with this bra on......and it's comfortable wearing all day. When wearing, I not only look supported, this bra gives me a "feeling" of support, comfort and security. I stand straighter. I know I look good in my clothes. When wearing, I'm not adjusting falling straps, pulling on pinching unwires, pulling the back down or putting my boobs back in place. Once on it stays in place. I love this bra! I love the price. I checked other websites and it appears to only be available in white. Thats okay by me. I wear it with pretty white lace panties. I bought my Mom one, too.

Great bra!
This really is a great bra. By the price, you'd think it was a decent bra. I never buy bras without underwire so I wasn't expecting it to be a grand slam, but based on the reviews I went ahead and bought it. It surprisingly is really supportive! (which is what I mostly care about). It's comfortable. It really does minimize. it holds the sides very well, which is what I want minimized. The only cons I have: It's ugly. Old womanish. But hey, at a 40D, you gotta pay big bucks for sexyish bras. I wish they had more colors. Black is somewhat sexyish. Also, it's a little wrinkly near the nipples. This may be that I'm not quite a full D (more-so around, than top to bottom) so I think that's just where there's a little room left rather than a gap elsewhere. I haven't worn really tight shirts with it so it's not noticeable from the outside. It does give a little bit of a pointier shape. I know a lot of women don't usually care for that, and I usually don't, but the support of it overrides it for me. And it's not a super pointy shape. Just slightly.I'm definitely doing to buy another one. I have seen that there are black ones available at other retailers. I hope Amazon carries different colors soon, because I would definitely buy it from here before anywhere else.

I like the way it hugs in my side rolls.
To be honest. I was not looking for a minimizer. I had two wire bras blow out the same week. And it's 2 weeks to pay day. So it was mostly the price that drew me to this one. Do to illness I have packed on pounds so I measered. 46/52 but I didn't think the girls were that big. Figured some of those inches were wide back fat. But I did order up a cup size to a DD. Got the bra yesterday. Checked stitching, straps, hooks. All was good. Seams are next to skin but are very soft and unnoticeable when wearing. Got a cramp in !y arm putting it on but that's on me. New exercise class. Fit very snug. Smoothed out the underarm boobs. I like the fit on the sides. Feels good. However it does not keep the girls from flowing into that area. It does nothing to make the girls look attractive. But it keeps them away from my waist line. These girls fed my daughter and two other children for three months. Take the bra off waist line grows 4" . So this bra has kept them up. I just liked it better when they stood out further then my belly. Oh well. The straps are comfortable. It is full coverage so no low cut tops anymore. I guess at 60 it's time to grow up. The band is a little stiff in a couple places. But I imagen after a few washed they will loosen up. All in all I'd say my emergency cheap bra was a very good buy. The quality in material and stitching is first rate. The girls are safely tucked in. Feels pretty good. I'll review down the line.

Very form fitting
Nice quality construction on the stitching , not scratchy, comfortable fit for all day. I have several of these as my go to. I can highly recommend .

Good bra if you’re tall
I am a plus size 5’1”. I ordered a 46 D. The width around was a good fit, but the cups were a little big. It would have been ok, except there is a very small amount you can take up the straps. I have a short body trunk, so they “sag”. I can pull up the straps, and it fits fine, but there’s no way to get them to stay up. Unless you are “big and tall”, this bra is a fail.

Great JMS minimizer bra!!
JMU and Amazon: Be advised that my order was for JMS Bra Style #1973 (as shown on the advertised info picture) but what arrived was Style #1979. (Fine with me because that is what I really wanted anyway. Later found and ordered advertised Style #1979. Will let you know what arrives!) Are the two products the same now? 1973 picture is slightly different. So, this review is for the JMS Style#1979 Comfort Strap Satin Minimize Bra:This is my third set of these bras. They are very comfortable, despite the chesty girly that I am. They wash wonderfully (even using Tide w/ Bleach@ product) and keep their elasticity for a very long time! They even keep their shape a lot longer than bras I've purchased at 3x the cost. My shoulders don't get sore because the straps are wide and padded, and the cinch slides are on the back of the bra so they're not digging into your shoulders or loosening. The line is cut so as to provide the smoothest appearance possible under clothing. You can't even tell there's a seam across the cup. If you are heavy up top but trying to stay active and are having trouble "keeping it all in" ... this may be the bra for you.
