Comfort in Every Position – Great First Night
I received the Derila Ergo Cervical Neck Pillow yesterday and had a great first night’s sleep. I didn’t have to get up in the middle of the night, which was a definite plus. Normally, I switch between pillows to stay comfortable, but I didn’t need to with this one. The pillow supported my neck well and stayed comfortable no matter which position I turned to. So far, so great — I’m very pleased with this purchase

best pillow ever!
best pillow so far. we've tested alot of pillows and all have failed. it doesn't look like much & honestly I didn't feel it would work. it does! its so comfortable cause i'm a side & back sleeper and it works. helps with sound sleep. no waking from kink in neck. i tricked my husband into using and he gets the best sleep ever! love this product. i think these will be great gifts for every loved one in my life...its that good!

Comfortable but doesn’t fix snoring
I bought the pillow in hopes that it would help with my snoring and that was not the case. However, I do feel like it helps me sleep and I do not wake up with neck issues. I’m a side sleeper only so sometimes I can get a kink in my neck easily. I only have it four stars because it is a like small and does not fix my snoring which is what it claims to do. I do prefer to sleep on this over other pillows though.

Helps, but does not solve all sleep problems
The pillow seems to help *somewhat* - I awake with some neck pain, and the tiredness is abated somewhat, but not to the degree advertised. I think its a good product, but not a cure-all. It DOES help - but not alleviate all issues. If you are a typical side sleeper, then the pillow design may help you less than those who sleep on their backs. For face down stomach sleepers, its uncomfortable to the point of not being useful. Its a bit overstuffed, so maybe it will improve over time as it wears down. also - the high sides make night book reading before falling to sleep a bit of a problem as you have to hold your book very high to be able to see it over the pillow edge...so if you are the type that likes to read in bed before falling asleep? this pillow will affect your routine. Not impossible- but your arm will probably get tired if you hold a hard cover book 1.5 feet in the air for 20 minutes while you read...but maybe you get isometric exercise benefit? Anyways - I thought it *helped* with sleep consistency - but was not a total fix. Overall 3/5 stars. I'm glad I bought it, and for $60, its worth the gain in sleep. Just don't expect it to work miracles.

Amazing Comfort and Support
This pillow delivers! I know, it's more expensive (a little or a lot, depending) but it does NOT disappoint. I've tried 3 other contour pillows similar in style. None were anywhere near as comfortable and/or high-quality. The pillow density is medium to firm providing flexible support without being "squishy". The cover is a smooth nylon that's easily removable for washing, although I prefer to use a silk pillowcase over the top. Silk seems to work the best with the pillows contours. Speaking of contours, they are in just the right place for a variety of support features. For side sleepers: One edge of the pillow has a slight semi-circular groove that fits perfectly between my shoulder and head. The groove keeps my face from smooshing into the pillow (you side sleepers know what I mean; half your face sinks into a regular pillow and you can't breath). BONUS- there's a slight indentation in the center to allow space for your ear! For back sleepers: The neck support feature is gentle but effective. There are very slight wave-like ridges for air flow to keep the pillow (and your neck) from getting hot. Do yourself a favor and pass on the cheaper versions. Get the Derila and finally get some sleep. Nitey-nite!!!

Great pillow.
Side sleeper here. I bought one of these pillows for myself, and I have been sleeping so well that I bought this one for my wife. The price is well worth it. I've had it for about a month and even woke up in the morning on my back a couple of times. I am not a back sleeper, but on those mornings, I was still completely refreshed. The biggest problem I have with regular pillows is that they aren't firm enough, and they're hard to keep in the shape you want. The last pillow I had was a gifted, contoured Sealy. It was an improvement to the pillow concept, but its contouring was minor and I'm not a big fan of its memory foam.

Good first impressions, but concerned about new lower back pain issues. Will test again.
It came well recommended. It is very comfortable on the head. I sleep on my side and even that worked well. The first few nights of sleep went very well. In the second week, I started to have lower back problems. After that, I switched using it on and off over a few days and the problems continued. Not sure whether I’m going to keep this as yet. At this point, I am not going to use it for a week to see if the lower back pain goes away. Then I will try it again to see if they come back and let you know.
