As a member of the GreenPan kitchen team, I tested this product and I’m excited to share my review. This cookware set truly offers the best of both worlds! The stainless steel pieces are perfect for serious searing, providing even heat thanks to the 3-ply construction, which has really elevated my cooking. The nonstick frypans, made with GreenPan’s PFAS-free ceramic, make it easy to cook delicate or sticky foods without worry—and clean-up is a breeze! It’s durable, safe, and versatile—highly recommended for anyone who loves cooking with quality and health in mind.

This is a chef's pan or a saucier. It has rounded sides, which means you can stir your sauces with a spatula easily and not have any part of your sauce burn. However, this pan is just as useful for making pasta, especially at the end when you're mixing the noodles with the sauce. The high walls mean you can easily flip the pasta and aerate everything without making a mess. The bottom is just large enough that you can cook a steak, and the high walls and rounded edges mean you will limit splatter. This pan doesn't necessarily replace a cast iron for searing, but if you just want to prepare some meat without having to worry about clean up, this will do the trick. It has a lid. The pan is fully clad stainless steel and heat distribution is solid. Everything has a high quality feel. The handle has a silicone grip which keeps it cool and comfortable, though you can't put it in the oven above 400 degrees Fahrenheit. But why would you do that anyway? If you're worried about food sticking, just preheat the pan for a couple of minutes, pour in some oil, and food will release just fine. Don't worry about stickiness - this pan will last you a lifetime if you treat it right. I've had no issues with warping either. If you can't tell, this pan is incredibly useful and the quality is very high. The amount you will pay for it is a bargain compared to other sauciers on the market. If you're looking for a chef's pan that can do just about anything, or you need something to specialize in making sauces or pasta, you've just found it.

Like many things, my fiancé likes to hyper fixate on a thing until he knows enough to have a PhD in the subject. Then he spends a bunch of money and promptly forgets he cared about the hobby and never uses his purchase. NOT THE CASE WITH THESE PANS. Not only did he do like a deep dive JFK assassination conspiracy style on what a stainless steel pan should be made of, he also looked at reviews and all the related possible material on what makes a good pan. I let him choose what we were going to put on our registry, and reminded him that while he might want the very top of the line - we aren't likely to have friends who can afford to buy stuff that is hundreds of dollars per piece. He checked this set out, said they met his durability and construction standards, and then said heck - if we hate them we can return them and find something else. It is a RINGING ENDORSEMENT of the highest mark that he not only decided these were pretty good pans for cooking, but in fact has not moved on from his obsession and is still actively using them and comparing them to others on the market. They evenly distribute heat, they cook things quickly, they clean up well and they have held up to some questionable recipes made by people who have ADHD and forget things are on the stove. He and I both loves these pans. They have excellent heavy feel without being clunky. They look very high quality. And while they do not sport the top brand name, I think unless you were looking for that mark - you would not know the difference (we have a Heston pan as well - and I see no difference when I am using them....although now I can't remember if heston is the super expensive competitor). In any case - WELL WORTH THE MONEY. You will not be disappointed in these pans, and the different pieces make this a set worth having. Would for sure continue to be a dedicated follower of this line of stainless steel cookware.

These are the first "truly" non stick frying pans I have purchased. Eggs can slide around while cooking and they fry beautifully and taste great, due possibly to an even heating surface. The cleanup is quick and easy. It is nice to know there are no chemicals (of concern) in the coating. At this point I cannot comment on the longevity of the non stick property but I'm hoping it will last a long time.

Purchased in March of 2025. It’s September 1st, 2025 and I still love this pan! Before I start, let’s cover the most important thing: this is to be treated like any other nonstick skillet- you DO NOT cook on Medium high to high heat! Medium, medium low, and low are what you cook at. Next, you MUST use more gentle utensils… I only use silicon or the soft nylon ones… no metal. I don’t use the wood ones either. No scratches. No issues with sticking. Now that those things are covered, let’s get into it. This pan cooks evenly and beautifully! It sears well and has been great for “one pan” meals as well. My only gripe is that the the lid (like every other glass lid) groans and pops as it heats up. I don’t use it much because I don’t want it to shatter and ruin food. When I use it, I don’t fully align it and I cock it sideways to vent it. This seems to help. We like chicken and capers, pork cutlets & gravy, and Salisbury Steak in this particular pan. It’s also a great pan for eggs and omelets. I will eventually buy the other smaller pans in this series! Overall, when you treat it correctly, it’s durable, medium weight, and a good value for the price!
