GOOD SUPPLEMENT AND EASY TO SWALLOW CAPSULES
I've been taking pumpkin seed oil for a few months and this seems to be as good as the last brand I was using. Each capsule has 1000mg of pumpkin seed oil - that's the same as most others I've seen - but with my last brand, the recommended dose was 2 capsules (for 2000mg of oil) vs this brand, recommending 3 capsules (for 3000mg of oil). I'm not sure if 2000 was sufficient or if 3000 confers extra benefits, but at least the per-capsule amounts of oil are the same, as are the fat amounts. This one is a bit more expensive per capsule (without a coupon - with a current 40% off coupon, it's actually a LOT less) than the other brand I was using, but the capsules are a lot smaller (and easier to swallow), which is really nice. The only minor beef I have is that the label is very sticky and that there's no "best by" or "manufacture" date on these - so if they're 5 days old or 5 years old, I wouldn't know. I'm not sure what the efficacy of the oil is over time; I would prefer to have some kind of date on the bottle to know if I'm still getting the full potency out of these. But a bonus to these is that they have Saw Palmetto extract, which I don't necessarily need, but I can see being beneficial to some people. I'll have to update this review if I kill the bottle and see any major differences between the effects of these and of my last brand, but so far, they seem to be very similar!

High-Quality Ingredients. Hoping for Long-Term Benefits
I recently started taking the BEWORD Pumpkin Seed Oil and Saw Palmetto softgels, and I’m hopeful about the potential health benefits. Each serving (3 softgels) contains 3000 mg of pumpkin seed oil and 75 mg of saw palmetto, both known for their support in prostate health, hair health, and urinary function. Pumpkin seed oil is also rich in essential fatty acids, while saw palmetto is often used to help with hormone balance and hair loss prevention.I’m not thrilled about having to take 3 capsules daily, especially since I already take several other supplements and medications. I really wish the dosage could be condensed into 1 or 2 pills. The good news is that the softgels are on the smaller side and easy to swallow, which helps. As with most supplements, it’s too soon to tell if I’m seeing real results, but I understand that these types of products often take time. I’m committed to giving it a fair try and am looking forward to seeing how it may help with overall wellness over time.Overall, this is a solid product with well-dosed, effective ingredients, but I’d love to see a more convenient serving size.

Good source of vitamins and zinc
Having just recently discovered the efficacy of pumpkin seed oil am now substituting it for the vitamin E I've been taking as I believe that it's more beneficial not to change up the supplements from time to time.i Pumpkin seed oil also contains other beneficial nutrients like essential fatty acids, vitamins A and K, and zinc, making it a well-rounded source of nourishment. These caps also include 75 mg of saw palmetto which is good for maintaining urinary health (it's a 4:1 extract so per description is equivalent to 300 mg which is about the standard dosage). These are not as bright orange colored as another brand I've had before but is a darker amber. Serving size is also 3 gels for a total amount of 3000 mg - seems to be the standard which is convenient in case you prefer not to take the full dosage. I always feel that if you are a smaller person it's better to take enough for maintenance and not to overwhelm and also not necessarily the same amount everyday. Anyway at the indicated dosage this is about a 30 day supply but for me it'll probably go for two months. Product is quite fresh with an expiration date of June 2027.

Solid pumpkin seed oil supplement!
I take quite a few supplements. I have some health problems, but I also like performance enhancers (the legal kind). I'm always open to new ones, I like anything that treats my problems or boosts me in some way. When I saw this listing I decided to give it a try.I haven't taken this for long, but it does seem like I can longer between restroom breaks. That's been the biggest curse to my urinary tract, just the frequent need to go, especially when I'm sleeping. Anything that helps that is worth its weight in gold.Overall I'm happy with this supplement. I'll try to remember to update this review once I have some more time with it, but so far it's promising.

Well-Rounded Supplement for Hair and Prostate Health
I’ve been taking this pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto combo daily for just under a month, and I’m very satisfied with the quality and overall experience. The softgels are a little on the larger side, but they go down easily with water and don’t have any taste or after-burping like some fish oils do.What I like is the 3000mg of cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil—you can see it’s rich and amber-colored, not diluted. The added saw palmetto extract (300mg) makes this a convenient 2-in-1 blend that supports both hair health and urinary comfort, especially useful if you’re proactive about prostate health.I’ve noticed a reduction in nighttime trips to the bathroom, and my hair seems to shed a bit less in the shower. It’s too soon to say much about long-term results, but I plan to keep taking it because it’s non-GMO, dairy-free, and lab-tested. It also doesn’t upset my stomach, even if I take it without food.Great value for a clean, targeted supplement that covers both internal and external wellness needs—ideal for men looking to support hair, bladder, and hormonal health.

Pumpkin Seed Oil Review
My experience so far with this product has been good. No problems--softgels are small and there is no aftertaste. If it helps with 2/3 of the problems that it claims it will be great to have! LOLI am 'only' giving it 4 stars due to the fact that it is not an organic product but it is a GMP Good Manufacturing Practices certified one. I have little confidence that our current FDA can honestly certify a plant (and this one is in China) to be such, however
