It's really bright

it has all the useful functions, solid built, I love the night light. when you pick it up it goes back to full power. also useful to have the button at the back. small and very powerful. only observation that where light goes out is not made of glass but seems to be plasticUpdAte my son dropped it on concrete and now it needs a shake to make it work. I would expect a maglit to witstand a drop feom a 5 years old hands hence down to three statsUPDATE, original duracell batter, to be lasted until 2022 leaked out and completely damaged the light, connot return product anymore, not sure what procedure is

Great value. The locking system (which involves tilting the flashlight) is a bit hit or miss, and the other functions are divided into very interesting and potentially useful (such as the one where the light is activated by moving the flashlight) to novelty (morse code for SOS). Nice and bright too.

2nd one of these I've bought, first one is 5 years old and still going strong. But saw the price on a lightening deal and bought again. Great beam, very robust and reliable. Battery lasts ages and takes 3 AAA's. Bonus
