Chomp Goes the Alligator

My sister initially bought this book for my daughter for her birthday and now we gift this book. It is such a cute book and a favorite in our house. Both my kids love reading it. They love feeling the items and chomping the alligator. Highly recommend

My 1 year old grandson and 4 year old granddaughter just love this book! It has such cute pictures and is such a funny story. I love how there are so many learning opportunities in it - counting, colors, finding certain animals, watching the alligator grow, etc.

This book was a gift to my son after another mom saw how much he loved theirs. Now we have gifted another to a friend! The kids love the motion of the chomp, the repetition of the "chomp, chomp, chomp!" And all the colorful creatures. Especially when the alligator up-chucks all the cute critters. It's a little gross but it's all in good fun. Definitely recommend for 1.5-4 yr olds

Wonderful children’s book!

This is the cutest book! I love that it's very interactive with textures for kids to touch and the tab to make the alligator open and close his mouth. The extra details will make it fun for older kids too. Great purchase.

TL;DR - Crane page is in a foreign language. I originally found this book at Costco and my 19 month old loves it! Unfortunately, the alligators head was lost and I set out to find a replacement. Back to Costco! I was met with more headless alligators. I then fed in to my Amazon addiction, and bought a used copy. When it arrived, the head was missing. Fine. I’ll buy a new copy and solve my headless alligator problem. Great! I’ve got an alligator with a head, but I didn’t expect to have to download Duolingo to learn to read some of it.

I was gifted this book for my baby shower and loved it so much that I purchased it for my friend's child's first birthday. It's a quick read with cute illustrations and an interactive component (i.e., moving the alligator's mouth). My daughter loves this book, and I would highly recommend it to others.
