I have great hopes for this
I have great hopes for this. I have been using it for a short time this Winter. Every Winter in the past I have suffered with sinus issues. Now while using a commercial version of a netti pot, a humidifier, nasal sprays and this guduchi powder, I am armed against such things (I hope).

Very good
Flavor is right very dry barky and bitter taste. Dry Guduchi’s own taste. Highly fibrous. Gets excellent bowel movement the next day. I take it at night.
