Functionality / Sound Quality and experience:The sound quality is excellent thanks to LDAC codec.It is very clear, crisp with all the finer details coming to you.You can hear separate vocals, near or distant instruments coming from different directions.Coming to dolby atmos, trust me it's too good.I have watched various movies in atmos theatres but very few theatres do justice to the technology. This is very clear as all the sounds are balanced coming from different directions.You can hear even the smallest detail let's say sound of a creaking door behind you. I also liked the way boat has provided eq feature to customise the sound as per your taste.The only con I observed is system notification and voice assistant sounds which are way too loud. I request boat to correct it with firmware update.ANC: It's perfect. Apart from ANC mode you also get ambient and normal mode.Mic:There are multiple mics in Ivy Pro.Had my first call with mom outdoors and asked her how did I sound. She said it's clear and loud and nobody would believe it's coming from wireless buds.Connectivity: It's nice and fast with Google pair option.Button functionality: There are gestures like long press left buds switches to atmos ,long press right switches ANC.One can also customise it through hearables app.There is a button in case for resetting buds also.Overall an excellent product from boat.A must have if you are an audiophile. I got two of them one from Amazon and the other from Boat website.A 9/10 from my end. -1 mark for system and voice assistant sound issue.Hopefully it would be corrected soon with software update.Boat is ❤️

Icurrently own an oppo enco air 3 pro. I have been using it for more than 2 years now, but the battery had started deteriorating, which was why i decided to switch, but going for boat was a mistake -1. Whats with the sound quality? The boat signature sound is very poor, and dolby atmos feels like you just did some EQ on the phone, does not feel like atmos at all. My oppo without atmos has better sound separation and immersive feel.2. Connectivity issues are all over the place - With LDAC enabled, even at very close range, the TWS randomly loses connectivity. Sometimes, there is constant popping noises like pop-pop-pop-pop. Even without LDAC, sometimes they lose connection when you turn your head. I got my TWS replaced, but even that had issues.3. Touch controls- On my oppo, i have disabled single tap as accidental touches always happen. But there is no option to disable it here. Also, when i sleep on my side, the tws will be in constant contact with my pillow. My oppo will initially trigger a long press action, but later there is no issues keeping the sensor pressed for long. But here, after 15-20sec, the tws shutsdown. So i cannot use it while sleeping on the side.4. System sounds- When you enable dolby atmos/signature aound, or when devices connect/disconnect, even though the volume level of tws is low, these system sounds play at default volume, which will definitely scare you.5. Dual device issues- I was playing music on my first phone for sometime. Then, I stopped music, and maybe after 2 hrs, connected the tws to another phone. Now two devices are connected. Now on my second phone, i turned off bluetooth. This caused the music on my first phone to start playing again, even though I did not play it.6. Call quality: It was raining when i tested call quality. My friend asked me if i was in traffic as he could hear sounds as if motorcycles were passing near me. Its that bad.7. App design- The wearables app is too poorly designed, with ads about luca and techinical guruji all over the place. It will be better if only the functionality and controls are shown. Plus, there is an annoying floating window promoting jiosaavn and kukufm that you cannot close.8. Return policy- I see another review about the return /replacement policy and I totally agree with him - Amazon used to be a customer friendly platform which provided easy replacements and returns, but now it is very difficult to do that, with them offering only service center replacement which makes it more tedious and time consuming. I sat in call with the customer service and the technical team for about 1 hour before they offered replacement. Then, when I found out that the replacement was also defective, it again took around 20mins to file a return.To anyone struggling with returns or wonderimg where we can contact an actual person, amazon has hidden this in the chat - You can contact an actual customer service representative by clicking on chat now button on the account page/returns page, and after answering the AI questions, you can type in "I want to contact a customer service executive" to initiate the call. Explain to them this is a software issue, get the technical team involved and hopefully, you will also be able to return it. I just returned it and refund is in progress.Conclusion: Not a worthy prosuct due to poorly designed software. Better go with other good options in this price segment

The quality of the product and the speakers are too good. The earphone case quality and the color is very premium and the earphones are on another level. The sound quality is top notch and with Dolby Atmos it's like cherry on the top. Mind blowing product. The battery life is also very good. I charged it for just 15 minutes and it last for a long time. There is no connectivity issue with the earphones and all the functions work perfectly. Overall it's a very good product. Must buy!!
