I tried this on a whim, it is fantastic. So easy to make, and while just a little spicy for me it does taste authentic. (Not spicy enough that I can’t eat it, the flavor is wonderful my fam likes more spice than I do lol). I can’t wait to try the other flavors.

Buy it and you won’t be disappointed!! Saves me so much time. It’s sooooo close to tasting just like my own. You can always add whatever chile or spice you think it needs and it will taste just like your own homemade recipe without all the work. The recipe they post on the bag calls for too little water in my opinion. In other words, each bomb goes further than they advertise which is great! I guess it call depends on your individual taste. I add a bit more water to get more broth and just add some more chile to get the taste I like.

This was a great buy for me. I’m usually out of the house taking my kid to school and different therapies so i rarely have the time to cook. With these bombs I was able to make a good Mexican meal that tasted like authentic pozole. I just put it in my crockpot and it was ready to eat by the time I was home. Just follow directions for 6 hours on high heat. The pozole has a little kick to it fyi. I wouldn’t say it was spicy though.

It is very good and easy to make. But be sure to boil the meat first to get rid of the yuck and oil. You don't want all that oil in the broth.

The flavor bomb was surprisingly awesome. Although we have made Pozole before and found it just okay, we must have missed some crucial ingredient. The EZ Pozole Bomb, however, was bursting with flavor. Instead of water, we used no-salt chicken stock, and we used a pork roast, with no other additions. Yes, there was a generous amount of meat, but we were able to drain the liquid and use it as a base for burrito wraps the following day. We are eager to explore the other flavors.
