Perfect for me

Not for me, but maybe for you
My hair beforehand was dyed dark brown/black with my natural roots growing in. I bought this as I know it's impossible to dye black hair any other colour so was hoping to top up the existing black and maybe add a burgundy tint throughout. Bought two boxes which covered my longish hair completely. Application was easy enough. The end result was black hair with burgundy roots, which show up mostly under light. I think this would be perfect for virgin or lighter hair, but this only covered my natural roots.

Darker than expected
overall the product is high quality and this is the reason why I get Clairol hair dye however I gave the product three stars because of the colour it turned out to be. even though I stripped my hair and did everything I should have done it just turned out predominantly black and I didn't see any burgundy colour in there whatsoever. I was disappointed with the colour
