A friend got me turned onto these. I couldn’t believe that they taste really good and was so low in calories. I love them. I love that is organic. I love lettuce. It’s low car pasta and such a better alternative, if you’re trying to eat healthy and lose weight. This is a must have and they are very cheap and it’s abundant full after you cook them and it doesn’t even take very long to cook them.

As a prediabetic, I was looking for something to replace my traditional pasta. Red lentil and chickpea pasta did not work for me. I found this and it was tested against nine other types of ingredients for pasta, and this had the best rating for taste and low glycemic index. Just had the fettuccine with some tomato sauce and it was fabulous. At about $3.50 per serving, you are doing something wonderful to your body while keeping your sugar spike at a minimum.

Love having these for my "pasta" dinner. Use with my own concoction or with meal in a bag heated up. Just takes a minute to wash and heat for my lunch. LOVE that they are in various sizes for whatever I feel like that day. Highly recommend for variety and taste! as well as size for meal.

Fairly good pasta substitute. Great in terms of calories and carbs. Mostly tasteless unless you're trying really hard to notice. No problematic smell. Fairly easy to prepare, with the caveat that the anglehair is difficult to unclump.. Primary downside is the price, but compared to other konjac noodles it's pretty good at about $2.50 per serving.
