Worked when nothing else did. I did everything the surgeon told me to do, and I still had bleeding with BMs. After 3 applications, I noticed a difference. Anal fissure, haemorrhoids, itching and etc. better to visit doctor, but if you already know what you have and how to help yourself - buy it.
