Basic Fun My Little Pony Retro Pretty Parlor Playset with Peachy

I still have the complete original set from the early 80's and was thrilled when they recreated it. I got 2 of these. One for my niece and one for my goddaughter. They both loved them and I'm always thrilled to see them playing with and enjoying them with a few other remake generation 1 ponies they've gotten from me. The play set has stayed mostly true to the original. Twinkies the cat is made not from the original in the set but from Strawberry Shortcake's cat. There where also 4 things missing that the original had. The pink saddle blanket, the yellow and green ribbons, and the name plates for all 6 of the original ponies. It does come with Peachy's name plate that is removable like the original. These items where small and easily lost with the original set so it was no big deal. I did make them for the two sets I gifted though. All in all it's a great toy to purchase!

My 13 yo daughter loved this Christmas gift. She loves all the throwback toys from my generation growing up as an 80s kid, and when I saw this on Amazon I had to get it for her. I actually had the same exact one. The excitement on her face was awesome and she leaves it on her dresser. A great addition to her other 35th Anniversary My Little Pony collection toys (that she keeps in the boxes!) Really cute!

I ordered this for my daughters -- but they pulled the tail from my old Peachy before the Pretty Parlor could arrive. So when it came, I took the delivery box and hid it behind my bed. Like a lot grown-up MLP fans, I had this when it came out. While Peachy ended up with a stash of my stuff, life lost the rest of it in moves.Seeing the box was like being in second grade all over again. And now I have my "winter pony". I own a real horse, and when it's too cold to ride, I can just brush manes in the Pretty Parlor -- daughters or not. If the show stable was re-released, it'd be show season all winter. The kids aren't invited unless they quit pulling out the tails and "shampooing" them in saliva (yes, that has happened).

I wanted Peachy so I got this set. I will probably give away the Parlor part to my niece. It is easy to assemble, though not incredibly sturdy. But it's not really flimsy either so it works.

I love the look of the pony parlor and my toddler is thrilled. However, it didn’t ship in an Amazon box. It just shipped in its original packaging with Amazon stickers all over it and a hole on the side. The Easter surprise was ruined when my toddler saw it at front door. Also, it looked tacky and tattered in her Easter basket with the brown Amazon stickers all over it. Would have been much better if it were protected in a cardboard box. The pony and parlor is adorable though.

Bought this as a gift for a three-year-old, but haven’t given it yet. Pony is pretty, like the retro ponies of the late 1980’s. Accessories look cute, too. Anticipate that the recipient will love it!Good buy for the money, too.

This made my Gen X heart happy! Absolutely my favorite line of toys as a child and tween. It's not EXACTLY like the original (no extra cards with the ponies' names, the cat is different and the horse blanket isn't included) but close enough. I can probably even add a few of the pieces myself but overall it's a great addition to my nostalgia collection

I have loved the first generation My Little Ponies since I was a little girl, so when I saw that several of the 1980s ponies were being re-released in honor of the toy's 35th anniversary, my first thought was, "Wow, what a perfect birthday gift for my 5-year-old niece!" Okay, I lied. That was my second thought. My first thought was, "Wow, what a perfect gift for my nearly 25-year-old adult self!" Anyway, I haven't mailed out her gifts yet, but my niece and I are soon to have matching My Little Pony Pretty Parlor playsets. I am clearly the Best Auntie Ever.

Play set muy bonito y de calidad, lleno de detalles. Ideal para regalar. Ideal para coleccionistas y amantes de los ponies de los 80.

Sinceramente sono un po' delusa.la qualità del materiale della stalletta è molto scadente e fragile nelle giunture.il pony da un lato ha i simboli stampati in senso obliquo.Forse sono stata solo sfortunata...

This is a very pretty playset. Some people in the reviews have said that the plastic is flimsy and that the original was better made.Of course it was,it's from the 80's,back then all the toys were better quality. In 2020 for this price that's the quality we get,for any type of toy.

Ich hatte selbst als Kind viele von diesen hübschen Ponys. Viele hat meine Mutter sogar noch aufgehoben! Ich musste für mein Kind einfach noch welche bestellen und auch diesen "Mini-Stall"! Meon Kind liebt sie wie uch damals! Ich kann mich nur nicht mehr erinnern, ob der "Stall" etwas unstabil und das Reitzubehör damals auch so streng rauf zu geben war!? Egal! Ein absoluter Hit! Es könnte ruhig noch mehr von Früher geben!!🤗😍
