Got dark brown color, didn't cover gray hair well, contacted customer service and replaced with dark color, it works great. great customer service, worry free.

Should have bought the black and dark brown not so dark. Have to use a lot to see any difference. Glad I Got the bigger pot. Won’t purchase again.
