I love this wheel! My kids do too. It feels so good to stretch your back on. I use it everyday for a few minutes until I get more flexibility and strength in my back. I can definitely tell my lower back doesn’t hurt as often as it used to. It comes with a chart that is handy to see different stretches/poses. I don’t really do those yet, I literally just roll my back on it from tailbone to shoulders and then back down a few times for a good stretch. The cushion around the wheel is soft and good quality. It’s definitely worth buying especially during social distancing when most people are home anyway you don’t have an excuse to not use it!

I received it fairly quickly in the mail. In a sturdy box that protected it well. The cushioning pad on the outside is thick, making it comfortable to use. I appreciated the sheet of suggested stretches and yoga positions for the wheel. The construction is sturdy and I don't foresee the mat coming apart from the cylinder.I bought the wheel at the suggestion of my physical therapist and was unsure if I would be too uncoordinated to use it. So far it has been a dream for my back. Every night I come home from work, sitting 8 hours at a computer, and immediately stretch my back and shoulders with the wheel. I look forward to trying it with more yoga positions.

I like the colors and the fact it is well made, but as I have a bad back it is hard for me to get down on the floor so I use this on the bed and find it a hard task but thats me.

Wow. I cant stress enough how great this simple things is. I suffer from lower back pain for years. Ive been to the chiropractor, Ive been prescribed pain relief pills, but nothing has ever done any good. I saw a video on these wheels and I though I’d give it a shot and for less than $30, why not? This is the best thing Ive ever bought. Since the first time I used it, by back pain has been gone. I used it every day now to stretch my back. I feel brand new. This will definitely put the chiropractors out of business.

I heard so much about this Yoga Wheel and got some feedback from other yogis who use it. I need some help with back bends and thought I'd try this out, and maybe help with other poses as well. I did stand on it (they provided some visual examples) and couldn't help be a little scared that it would collapse. I'm 125lbs, and when I stood on it, it did sink in a little. It held me though. I just wish it was bigger in diameter; but maybe the size of the circumference is for a reason. I'm new to this yoga wheel and still googling and seeing what other's are using this for. So far, I can see it helping with back bends but you have to be careful. The cushion part could be thicker for the back.

Product is broken after 4 uses, the high quality material as just described by the company isn't in fact as high quality. Overall I had a great experience from purchasing to delivery. Let me start by saying that I do not do yoga at all. I was looking for a solution to my constant back pain from studying at a desk for the bar exam and law school. Nothing has worked, not medicine, not massages, not heating pads, until I found this. It isn't hard to use at all and I use it to stretch my shoulders and back once or twice a day and have not had bad back pain since! As other users have written, make sure to put your hair in a bun because I rolled onto my pontytail and ouch! This is great for all levels of fitness and I highly recommend.

This yoga wheel is sturdy and has been an excellent addition to my workout routine. Good grip on the outside portion of the wheel makes it easy to head stands and work my lower back.
