Love it. Ordered so I could make the Matthew McConaughey viral Tuna Salad and was happy to see that the only ingredients in the jar are flash fried jalapeños and olive oil. O Happy Day!!!!! This stuff goes great on so many things, honestly, anything that one wants to "spice-up" a little. I used it in my Migas a few mornings ago. And, what a great substitute for Asian chili crisp that often has soybean oil and monosodium glutamate, as well as other ingredients that are not my favorite! Don also makes serrano crisp and habanero crisp for that bit of extra heat. Delicious!!!!!!!

I use this in absolutely everything. Asian cooking soups homemade dressing and chili is like the best product ever. This is my fourth jar. The texture is crunchy jalapeno then the amazing oil. I use the oil independently when I had to heat up a leftover hamburger. The jar did not have any leakage and I think the price point is a little high, but I pay for it because it’s so good. I have tried other brands of this, but this one I just keep coming back to.

It's pretty crunchy and spicy, no other noticeable other ing. Still good
