I take this product for insulin resistance along with other supplements. It's good for boosting the immune system too. No problems taking it, no upset tummy. I take one tablet three times a day with food - taking multiple tablets together at the same time can cause upset tummy. For me it stops cravings and evens out the highs and lows when I eat. I definitely notice when I miss a dose.

This is a subscription order which came on time. This product is keeping me well. However the delivery courier left package on my doorstep without notifying me by using the doorbell or knocker. Courier took photo n sent to my email as delivered. I live on a main road with full view to public.

I do believe it has helped me as im not really eating for the sake of it no more it has been effective in curbing my appetite im going to say value for money and the quality is good the capsules are a bit of the big side but i can swallow with water

Having been diagnosed with a condition they meant I had to take high dose steroids. I was concerned about the high blood sugars it produced. My GP wanted me to take diabetic drugs but they just didn't work very well for me. Betberin was suggested and am I glad, much gentler control and so far no nasty side effects. This gets your blood sugar right down if its high. I believe i read a report on google on smart phone about trials in america and it is given to Diabetics.. I kept at it and eventually lost half a stone in about a month i reckon so i am going to re-order sometime in the future.

I ordered two bottles, and the first seemed to work a bit for me. The second induced vomiting every single time I took a capsule. (I of course discontinued taking it as soon as I figured out it was the cause.) The only thing I can guess is that the second bottle was somehow tainted, so use caution when trying berberine. It is supposed to work as well is metformin, but with fewer side effects. Hopefully it will help many people!

This product gave me very high heart rate of 118 for 4 hours after just one tablet, and i do not have any heart problems normally, I think some people may have problems with Berberine, just a caution.
